DESCRIPTION:Program Overview - Culture for Change presents a globally inspired Summer Education Program focused on cultural exploration\, youth empowerment\, and community engagement. With a mix of youth-led\, student-led\, and teacher-supported sessions\, this program offers a hands-on experience for youth ages 9–17.\nDaily Themes - • Monday – Introduction to the Culture & Art: Creative arts and music from around the world\n• Tuesday – Food & Science: Cooking & fun experiments\n• Wednesday – Games & Engineering (STEM): Build\, test\, and play using logic and engineering\n• Thursday – Community\, Movement & Showcase: physical activities\, dances & expression\, project givebacks\, walking gallery to showcase projects from the week\nWeekly Global Culture Themes - • June 1-4: Welcome Week- Mexico/Aztec Culture\n• June 8-11: Space & Astrology\n• June 15-18: Asian Culture\n• June 22-25: Greek Mythology\n• June 29-July 2: American Culture\n• July 6-9: African Culture\n• July 13-16: Ocean/Polynesian Culture\n• July 20-23: Deaf/Blind/Special Needs Culture\n• July 27-29: Pop Culture & Celebration/Giveback – Final showcase and certificate\nTo fill an application to enroll\, please come to the office on Mondays\, Wednesdays or Fridays between 9am-5pm.\nFees/Admission - Tuition & Discounts\n• 1 Child: $125/month ($6.25/day)\n• 2 Children: $200/month ($5/day/child)\n• 3+ Children: $89/month per child (~$4.45/day/child)\n Scholarships Available – Stop by the office on M-F from 9 AM–5 PM\nLimited Enrollment: Only 10 spots available per age group (9-11yrs\, 12-14yrs\, 15-17yrs).
